Each Transformation Expert has been hired based upon their specific expertise with real world experience, certification in that area of expertise, training and ability to produce results.  Life coach training does not equate to real world results.  A lot of life coaches may also promise the moon but are woefully under-equipped.  Transformation Experts are focused on lasting growth that only comes from a transformation of the intellectual, emotional and (physical state where appropriate).  Our experts are hand vetted and go through a rigorous interview process before being hired.  Please see our Free Resources section for a helpful article on this topic.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.  Whenever possible, in-person coaching is preferred since there is no substitute for live interaction!

The frequency of coaching sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.  Our structured programs work best on a weekly basis to build on the lessons and capitalize on growth and momentum.  Additional or ongoing consultations can be on an as needed basis.  Our experts will work with you on what is best given your situation.

That's the beauty of our offerings...there are no upfront costs.  With other programs you usually have to pay for the entire program when you're not even sure if it's the right program for you.  With our offerings, just pay as you go on an hourly basis and evaluate our performance on the progress of your transformation with each session.   And remember, our initial consultation is always complimentary!
